Our story begins when a mild mannered librarian is transformed into the super hero known as - The Dominator (Vesta). She comes home from work only to be grabbed, bound, gagged, and tormented by two burglars. The trauma from this horrible event leads to her becoming one of Tiedsville's strongest Superheroes! The Dominator take on her first super villain when she tangles with the evil Domino. The young super hero doesn't fair too well and is left beaten and bound by her merciless foe! She's soon pitted against the hated super villain The Mistress...
